About luggage

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
Yes, you can, provided you have a reservation. When sending it, please ensure your check-in date and reservation name are clearly noted on the parcels.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can store your luggage at the front desk for you.
About the swimming pool

Can I use the swimming pool at any time?
Our pool is only open during the summer season. The opening period differs every year, so please contact us for details.
About hot springs

Do you have hot springs?
We do not have a hot spring facility inside the hotel.However, there is an associated facility nearby called
'Kuroshio Onsen', which guests can use free of charge during their stay.
Please note:
ーPreschool children staying free of charge are not eligible for a free pass.
-Kuroshio Onsen (and most major onsen facilities in Japan) cannot accommodate guests with tattoos.
About guest rooms

Do you have non-smoking rooms?
All of our rooms are non-smoking.

Do children stay for free?
Children aged 5 and under stay for free if they do not require extra amenities. Children aged 6 and above are charged the standard child rate. Please note that breakfast is charged for children aged 4 and above.

Do you provide Japanese traditional Yukata robes?
We do not provide Yukatas; however, we do provide nightwear in every room.

Can you accommodate special dietary needs?
With pleasure. Please inform us of any religious, medical, or allergy requirements at least 3 days in advance.

Do you have menus in foreign languages?
Yes, English menus are available in all of our restaurants and cafes.
About lost property

Can you post lost property overseas?
Unfortunately, we are not able to send it overseas.

Can you post lost property within Japan?
We can arrange it by cash-on-delivery.

Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby and all guest rooms.

Is pick up service available?
We do not offer a shuttle service from Kansai Airport or the nearest station.

Check-in and Check-out time?
Check-in and check-out times vary depending on your accommodation plan. Please check your reservation details. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and additional charges. Please contact us in advance if you wish to request this.

Do you have parking?
On-site parking is available free of charge. If our lot is full, we will direct you to a nearby parking area with the same conditions.
