Can I send my luggage to hotel in advance?
Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, you can, if you are staying in our hotel.
To send them, please note your check-in date and reservation name on the parcels.
For leaving your luggage, please ask at the front desk.
About rental cars
Can rental cars be arranged?
We cannot make an arrangement, but the list of car-rental agent is available at the front desk.
About hot springs
Do you have hot springs?
We don't have it inside of our hotel. There is an associated hot spring facility close by, called 'Kuroshio Onsen', which you can use free of charge during your stay.
ｰPreschool children staying without room charges cannot get free pass.
For kids 3+, entrance fee JPY570 (& Rental Towels fee JPY250 if needed) will be needed per visit.
-Kuroshio Onsen (and other major onsen facilities in Japan) cannot accept the guests with tattoos.
About guest rooms
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
Non-smoking rooms are available some of the Ocean View Bath Balcony Rooms. Please notify that you prefer non-smoking room when you reserve. All the rooms for Standard Rooms and Suite Rooms are smoking. We can eliminate the odds with odd eliminator machine beforehand, even when non-smoking room is not available. Please ask us beforehand.
Do children stay free?
Children 5 and under can stay free without amenities. Children rate will be applied to children 6+.For breakfast, JPY800 will be charged to children 4+.
Do you provide Japanese traditional Yukata robes?
Unfortunately, we don't. We provide nightwears instead.
Can you support special dietary needs? (Religious, medical, allergic and health requirements)
With pleasure! Would be very helpful if you can inform it at least 3 days prior.
Do you have foreign language menus?
Yes. English menu is available in every restaurants and cafe.
About lost property
Can you post lost property overseas?
Unfortunately, we are not able to send it to overseas.
Can you post lost property within Japan?
We can arrange it by cash-on-delivery.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi access is available in Lobby and Rooms. Thus, the Android Gadget 'handy' set in each rooms allows free access to internet, local and some international calls. Please help yourself during your stay!
Is pick up service available?
We are afraid we don't have any pick up service neither from Kansai Airport nor from closest station.
What time am I able to check in?
You can check in anytime after 3:00pm.
What time do I need to check out?
Check out time is 11:00 am.
Can I check in early or check out late?
We can arrange them only when the room is available. If you need early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, as early as possible. It will be very difficult to answer your request on your arrival. The additional charge is JPY3,000/hr/rm.
Do you have parking?
Yes, on-site parking is available by free of charge. When it is full, other parking closeby can be used with the same conditions.
Can I get Japanese Yen with my foreign currency/traveller's checque/credit card?
We can exchange from US$ to Japanese Yen (cash only). For other foreign currencies, please use the currency exchage machine in Kuroshio Ichiba, which is 5mins walk from hotel.
