He gained experience in Japanese cuisine at Moriguchi Royal Pines Hotel, Hotel Agora Osaka Moriguchi, St. Regis Hotel, etc.
He became the head chef at Wakayama Marina City Hotel "Shikisai".

I will make daily efforts to provide our customers with seasonal dishes
by making the best use of ingredients from the bounty of Wakayama,
and I will also value communication with our customers.
